For the bride who is seeking a quaint and intimate setting for her wedding, reception, or rehearsal dinner, the AAUW House is the perfect choice.

The AAUW House, also known as the Perkins Mansion and a 2004 Rochester Philharmonic Showhouse, consists of generously spacious rooms consisting of a solarium, a formal dining room, a living room with a grand piano, a library, and a hallway that runs the entire width of the house. The exquisite stairway is a perfect setting for picture taking for the bride and groom. Our house is air-conditioned, and summer events can allow the use of a beautiful terrace. Our sit down dinners can accommodate up 80 persons and for receptions where guests will graze, we can accommodate up to 100 persons.

Our facilities are handicapped accessible with ample parking and just a few minutes from the heart of downtown Rochester with easy accessibility to hotel accommodations and the expressway. The discriminating bride who yearns for nostalgia and a historic flavor for her wedding day will delight in the memories that the AAUW House will offer her in years of memories yet to come.
