I just had an outdoor wedding a few weeks ago. My husdand's family owns over a hundred acres of undeveloped land in Victor, so we set up a tent on a secluded part of their property. It was beautiful; intamate and personal, but not too casual. We provided our own drinks. Each table had a bottle of red and white wine, two bottles of sparkling juice, and a pitcher of water. Then we had a keg masked by an antique barrel on a bar next to our dessert table. Our caterer provided us with coffee in cordless despensers. The Tasteful Events catering company is fantastic! Spaotola's tent rentals, however, is awful. It took them over four hours to set the tent up, and the tent was dirty and full of holes. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone.

Your cater should know more information on this too. There is actually companies that can come set up a bar, i believe it is Bartenders unlimited or you can set up a bar and hire someone to bartend (that is probably the cheapest) then you can also control the cost!

Drinks were served at a rented bar by whom i believe was the brides uncle. Wine, beer and just a few mixed drinks that are easy like OJ/Cranberry Vodka, rum & coke...Stuff like that it was beautiful.
