Outdoor Weddings

Hello fellow Rochester Brides! I'm trying to find a place to have my wedding ceremony outdoors. I'm having trouble finding a place that is reasonably priced and has gazebo. I've always dreamt of having my wedding outside under a gazebo so please, if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations please let me know. Thank you SO Much for your help.

Okay here's the situation. My daughter and her fiance want an outdoor wedding October, 2009. They are talking about 300 people! They would like a place that shows fall foiliage. They do not want a time limit so that rules out parks. They would like it semi-formal. She is wearing a wedding dress but he does not want to wear a tux. There will be dancing and all of the other wedding goodies. Does anyone have a great house with alot of land where we could set up a tent (in case of weather)? I'm running out of ideas here and am hoping someone knows someone with a hint for me. Thanks, Roberta (mother of the bride)

I just put a deposit down on the Whittier Party House!! It looks so pretty and we are getting married in the gazebo outside! It wasn't too highly priced and The Whittier said that they are linked with the Holiday Inn by the ariport and they give 2 free shuttles at the end of the night!!!

We're having ours at Burgundy Basin Inn in Pittsford. We're using their "pagoda" which is what most people think of when you say gazebo--white! :-)

I'm having my reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel downtown in their Pavilion tent out back of the hotel by the river. I fell in love with this tent years ago when I was there for a prom and have had my heart set on getting married there ever since. It's a beautiful setup with a sheer draped ceiling, lights etc. Has anyone else been to or had their reception there? My only concern is we're getting married July 5th, 2008, and although they can put the sides down should it rain, I'm worried about how everything will be should it end up being 90 degrees and 100% humidity out.
